We strongly believe our wines are made in the Vineyard, by investing more time in visual observation of the health and natural development of the vine, using environmentally friendly, eco- safe, BIODYNAMIC methods, which activate and nurture both the soil and the vine. We are fully certified for over 15 years Grade A "DEMETER" with the Biodynamic Research Institute at Powelltown Victoria Australia.

Vineyard receives minimal irrigation, so as not to push the vine, this results in low yields, of small intense berries, hand picked, traditional winemaking, little intervention, fruit driven wines, minimal preservative (SO2/Sulphur), Vegetarian Suitable, Cellaring 5/7 years.

All wines have Export approvals & certificates ( including V1 EU Certificates )

B.-d. Farm Paris Creek biodynamic Yogurt and Quark is free of any artificial colours and flavours, bleached industrial sugars and salts, thickeners and milk powder.

At B.-d. Farm Paris Creek we only use non homogenized bio-dynamic milk, biodynamic and organically grown fruit and pure honey and for the vanilla flavoured ones we use real vanilla pods. The cultures we use for our yogurts are a delicate blend including Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bacterium Bifidum and Streptococcus Thermophilus.

For our Quark we use special Quark cultures which are very beneficial for a health conscious diet. Real nature is the taste of our products whether you choose from natural yogurt, our range of fruit yogurts or our delicious Quark.

Kangaroo Island Organic Ligurian Honey Organic honey producers, Peter and Louise Davis, extract around 100 tonnes of organic honey a year from 1000 hives under the stringent guidelines of NASAA certification. The majority of their honey is packed for major brand, Leabrook Farms with exports to Japan and USA.

A passion for bees and honey permeates the Island beekeeping community with which the Davis’ are intrinsically linked. Peter Davis has lived on Kangaroo Island all his life and grew up around bees kept as a sideline on the family farm.

The variety of nectar collected by the bee also controls the outcome of colour and flavour with some honeys very dark with bold flavours whilst others are light and more delicate. The Davis’ produce 5 main flavours of organic honey.
