In keeping with global health trends, a humble tea plantation in the rainforests of Borneo has made its mark by becoming Malaysia’s first organically certified tea.
Sabah Tea Sdn Bhd, through its hard work and initiative, has grown from being a small government subsidiary tea plantation into a privately managed tourism attraction and facility.
The plantation has come a long way. Its success has been gradual and evolved in stages, but the organic certification yesterday is one of its major milestones.
