TOWN hall leaders have received a pasting for not having any organic fare on the menu -despite being a trailblazer in providing healthy school dinners.
Following a survey, the London Assembly Green Party is appalled at the lack of organic food being served up to children in the capital.
The group is calling for all boroughs to adopt targets recommended by the Soil Association to ensure 30 per cent of food is organic, at least half is produced locally and 75 per cent is unprocessed.
